OUR BEGINNINGS
The restaurant Minerva was founded by the Mondejar Family in 1983. All generations of the Family have passed through here.
We are a restaurant specializing in traditional seafood cuisine, experts in rice dishes, fish, and seafood.
Our goal is to delight our diners with a quality, warm, and friendly service, and a cuisine based on top-quality products from our region, all cooked with love and the experience gained over the years of our profession. Like the name of our restaurant, MINERVA, the Roman goddess of wisdom and war. Our enthusiasm remains intact with the awareness that we are in constant evolution, adapting to the generational changes of clients and professionals in the industry.
Bookings
We only accept bookings from 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM. Exclusively by phone or in person. Thank you for your understanding.

Kitchen schedule
- February and March: from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- From April to June 15th: Monday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays.
- From 1st July to August 31st: open every day from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
- From September: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:30 PM to 10:45 PM. Wednesday all day and Sunday night closed.
